merlin101 Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 Good subject Mish, I'm going to do OLD CROW. Looks like there's going to be one or two 357thFG a/c in this GB!!
Mike Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 C'mon Mish - isn't it finished yet? Are you turning to the darkside of 1:32? I'm noticing a pattern in your recent builds.

Not allowed to dtart yet Mike, anyway my last three builds have been 1:32, 1:48 and 1:72 No patten there but I do have an increasing number of 1:32 in the stash and I have been seen talking to Iain 32SIG, so who knows....

AndyL Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Great work on the Merlin, Mish. Which black did you use on it? Mainly because I fine Tamiya a bit grainy, so a nice finish would good.
AnonymousDFB1 Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 Thanks guys, Andy I used Tamiya XF-69 NATO Black Thinned 50-50 ish with Mr Color thinner

wellzy Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Hi Mish Look good so far hope to start mine next weekend when I get home have fun. Les still in hospital
Andy K Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 As you are doing 'Passion Wagon' have you put any thought to removing the fin fillet?
Jaffe284 Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Tamiya kit comes with both types of tails, so filetless shouldn't be a problem
Andy K Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Really? Thats interesting to know....does it come with the earlier instrument panel too? I feel a future purchase coming on....
