My first model since restarting the hobby. Taken two years on and off but hopefully I'll be quicker now. Tamiya Kit, Eduard PE, Aeroclub arrester hook, a few scratchbuild items and Xtracrylix paints. I was really proud of the cockpit and wished I had left it open, but anyway...Thanks to everyone on Britmodeller

who was kind and offered their advice and references. I appreciate it.

Please be gentle.

Andy

No need to be gentle. That looks fab in FAA colours!

Gentle? You want me to be gentle? OK, that's nice.....

But no, I'm not going to be gentle at all, that's bloody fantastic!! You should be proud of that and it's given me some inspiration to do one too.

Hi

Great finish, unusual colours for a Meteor. I like a lot.

All the best

I too am a fan of that particular scheme, and your model looks great.

You've made my day! If you guys think it's ok, that's brilliant. Now I'm inspired to work on my sea hawk. I really appreciate your kind comments - thanks.

Wow, it looks really great in that scheme.

Well done Sir!

Now I'm inspired to work on my sea hawk.

Are you gonna do it in RAF markings?

Love the Meteor- that was on my "to do" list, and now I think I absolutely must. And I'm intending to turn a Sea hawk into the P.___whatzit (the first proto, all silver)...

Good work.
