Interflug-A380 (finished)

Today I bought the A380 kit by Revell and I'll make an INTERFLUG version of it.

filled the A380's windows 'cos there were no windows inside the box but window decals.

let the filler noses to dry

meanwhile I painted the wheels in silver and black

cutting off those noses

you won't believe it ... but the landing gears are all individual parts and I can't believe that this will hold that huge and heavy A380

Look at the size of that plane!

on the left: Concorde in 1/144

on the right: Boeing 737-800 in 1/144

first of all I'll try to glue it ... if that might be instable then I will put some thin metal strips at the gear.

That gear does look an inherent weak point, maight be worth bearing in mind for others building this.
