Mike Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 Bf.110C/D and E/F/G Mainwheels (for Eduard) 1:48 Eduard Brassin (648052 & 648055) These two sets provide a handsome replacement pair of mainwheels for your Bf.110, as well as a sheet of handy masks to make painting the wheels much easier once installed. They are simple sets that hardly need any explanation other than that they are beautifully cast, finely detailed and a big improvement over anything that injection moulding can achieve. In the picture above, the left set is for the earlier C/D model with a smaller hub and radial tread, while the set on the right is for the later E/F/G models, and has a larger hub, and raised "tread" lines on both the radial and circumfrence. Each set has separate hubs, which are keyed, and a scrap diagram on the instructions shows their correct orientation on the ground. Conclusion Great sets to improve the detail on the wheels and hubs, plus the included masks, which are hidden inside the instructions as an added bonus. Recommended. Jasonb13 Posted March 21, 2012 Posted March 21, 2012 (edited) Very nice looking, and I just happen to have an Eduard Bf 110 G-4 in my little stash... J. Edited March 21, 2012 by Jasonb13
