Deon Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Hi all, I've been less productive this year - down from 20 something to 2 So here's number two... and these are the insides... and... not a bad kit for less than 25 quid
jacksdad Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Wow, fantastic finish. Is the interior part of the kit? I saw this at my local ModelZone and was quite tempted at the price. I think this has made my mind up. well done, Steve
benskipper Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 (edited) That's a big old brute of a vehicle. Beautifully made Deon, fantastic finish on her, and loving the Turret details. But 20 to 2. Deon I feel your pain. But my mantra is quality not quanity, that may soon change now I've finished college...but then again there was that one course. Edited December 11, 2011 by benskipper

Deon Posted December 22, 2011 Author Posted December 22, 2011 Thank you all. It was a fun build although the tracks were a nightmare and the turret basket was a very tight squeeze to get all the equipment in.
MANDRAKE68 Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Very nice build and some unusual subject! I particularly like the camo, well done!!
Andy K Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 Nice finish and interesting camo too! I like that a lot. The detail that Hobbyboss include is really good, in fact if you wanted to get a resin interior it would cost a lot more than the kit. Good job!
Deon Posted December 24, 2011 Author Posted December 24, 2011 Thanks Guys, I think you're right Andy, If anyone wants to detail a king tiger porsche turret its cheaper to buy the hinten and rob the turret interior.
oldhouse Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Excellent Job on this one !! Great weathering !!!
